That is the unique opportunity we can offer you at the Youth Sport Trust. We want you to provide leadership, creativity and direction to our unique work supporting the FA’s mission to transform Girls Football and double participation.

As Development Manager you will help reposition football for girls by delivering a range of bespoke football based interventions designed to broaden the participation base of players, coaches and officials for girls in Primary and Secondary Schools. This will involve developing and implementing our strategic approach to the effective and efficient delivery of projects. You will cultivate, build and support a network of FA Girls’ Football School Partnerships and their practitioners and work to ensure that young people develop through leadership and are able to utilise skills learnt in a variety of roles. You will nurture effective and influential working relationships with colleagues and outside stakeholders, such as the FA too.
